Created High Fidelity wireframes for the CMS user-flow
I was assigned to redesign the Content Management system of client GUMLET (Funded by Sequoia Capital) and it’s user flow.
I read the documentation of Gumlet to understand how its works and also did few google meets with Mr. Keval Rathod to gain practical use cases of the product. Gathered data from Hotjar and analysed it, found mistakes in current user flows, did competitive research to understand how other competitors are solving this problems and to find out gaps.
Gathered main pain-points of users and suitable solutions. Then Implements those solutions into High fidelity wireframes, did around 7 iterations. Finalized the solutions with the help of my senior (Mr.bhatt).
I learned the importance of soft-skills and How to explain my design decisions to other members.
I faced difficulties in the start, For example I was not able to explain and convince the CEO of Gumlet about gap in the Information Architecture in the First meeting.
But then I learned How to explain things in a simple manner, I always try to come-up with an example which they personally related or felt in the real life.
I learned the importance of the storytelling, and how it helps other to visualize and understand things in a better way.
